Important!

This year the draft will be conducted using "ICQ". ICQ is a messaging program that allows for conferencing, each team owner will have to have it installed on his computer and configured properly.

The draft will be held on the third Saturday in August, and a test of the ICQ Draft Headquarters will be conducted on the Saturday and Sunday prior. Times will be posted on this page on June 30th.

The Draft HQ ICQ # is 11633669, it is the BOGFL Chat Room and will only be available on Draft Day and the test dates. If you download ICQ and would like to test it, my personal ICQ # is 11581627, or you can use the ICQ portion of this web page at the bottom.

League rules and scoring will be posted on May 30th. Suggested changes and additions should be emailed to me. Proposed changes and additions will be posted on this site prior to July 15th for voting. Each owner's input is requested.

Each current team owner is asked to find one new member for a maximum of 18 teams.

by using this ICQ Respond-Online Panel

If you have a running ICQ client (you have ICQ)
you can Chat Me, ICQ-Me and/or Add Me to your contact list.
Netscape Users: If you are prompted to Pick App or Save File, select Pick App and browse to the location of your ICQ.EXE file (usually in C:\Program Files\ICQ\ICQ.EXE).
Internet Explorer Users: If you are prompted to Open or Save As select Open.

If you don't have an ICQ client
you can press the Page Me button to send me an ICQ message through my Personal Communication Center, the Zoom Me button to view my ICQ Whitepages details and the EmailNotify Me button to send me an e-mail and notify me by ICQ. If I am online, the message will popup on my screen, if I am offline it will be stored and forwarded to me as soon as I connect to the internet. Installing the ICQ client will enable you to know if your peers are online and communicate directly with them.
